Established in 2017, Willow and Co is a Sydney-based property development business led by Sean Sullivan.

The business began by delivering property development projects for private clients, growing through repeat business and referrals. Today, our focus is residential development in Sydney and coastal New South Wales.

Drawing on experience in property investment and analysis, we assess each site’s planning and commercial potential and work with architects, specialist consultants and project partners through design, approvals and delivery.
